Marian K. Palmer of Vincennes, passed away May 5.
Marian K. Palmer, 86, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:30 pm Thursday May 5, 2016 at Gentle Care Nursing Home.
She was born April 2, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Laura (Cox) James.
Marian retired from the South Knox School Corporation in 1986 and had also worked at Hamilton Glass and the Knox County Library.
Surviving are her children, Dayna Adams and her husband, Tom of Vincennes, and her son, Mark Palmer and his wife, Ann of Zionsville; and three grandchildren, David Palmer, Emily Palmer, and Jake Adams.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don Palmer Jr.; two sisters, Patricia James and Carol Hall; and a brother, Charles James.
