You can voted today at the Knox County Courthouse…

The Knox County Clerk’s offices will be open today (Saturday) from 8 am to 3 pm for persons wanting to cast their vote ahead of next Tuesday’s primary election in Indiana. The deadline for absentee voting is noon Monday. Knox County Clerk Terri Allen reports over 928 people have voted at the courthouse so far ahead of Tuesday’s primary. She says a lot of that has to do with interest in this year’s Presidential election. The election office is located on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. There is only one contested race locally in Tuesday’s primary as four Democrats are vying for their party’s nomination for the three at large seats on the Knox County Council. The candidates include Tim Crowley, Brian Downen, Mike Thompson and Tom Peters.
