Gregg reiterates his message to supporters….
Democratic candidate for Governor John Gregg was in Bicknell on Sunday. The Sandborn native held a reception and fundraiser at the Knox County Fairgrounds.
Gregg’s message to his supporters remains the same as it has been since day one. If elected Governor he intends to focus on job creation, education and improving the state’s infrastructure.
Gregg added he isn’t bothered by his opponent portraying him as a liberal and anti-coal. He says Mike Pence has resorted to name calling to deflect attention away from his own record as Governor.
Gregg also finds it ironic that he’s being labled as being anti-coal when he worked in the energy industry for many years as an attorney representing coal companies in the Southwestern Indiana
