Man who failed to register as a sex offender is picked up by local officers
Around 9:30 Wednesday morning, a Vincennes Police officer located 30-year-old Adam Cessna at the intersection of Hack and St. Clair Streets and took him into custody. Cessna was charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was transported to the Knox County Jail.
