Four face drug charges after an early morning traffic stop in Washington

Four people were jailed in an overnight traffic stop at about 1:40 am at Northeast 6th and Robinson in Washington.33-year-old Jessica Lynn Rainey was jailed for possession of a controlled substance.   20-year-old Chelsea Nicole Hayes was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. 33-year-old Raymond Earl Yelladay of Washington was charged with drug possession, assault, and false informing.  He was also found to be wanted on warrants for burglary and theft..  Also arrested on the scene was Justin Darnell Williams, 27 years old.  He has a Chicago address.  He was charged with drug possession, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

In some more arrests reported from Friday…

-A Paoli man was jailed in Washington on Friday for being a habitual traffic offender.  45-year-old Rigoberto Ayala was arrested by Washington City Police and was being held without bond.

 

-Sheila Hatton, 45 of Washington was picked up on a writ of attachment on Friday.  Bond was posted.

 

-24-year-old Tyler Hankison of Washington was arrested by the Washington Police Department on Friday for possession of meth and a controlled substance.  Bond was set at $2500.

 

-A Washington man faces a charge of domestic battery after his arrest Friday.  23-year-old David McClellan was jailed on a $2000.

 

-A Vincennes man was arrested by state police for operating while intoxicated.  35-year-old Sean Morris was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2000 bond.
