-Vincennes Police served arrest warrants at 12th and Locust at 2:14 this morning. 27 year old Levi Seth Hinkle of Bicknell was wanted on a petition to revoke warrant out of Knox County. Also arrested was 32-year-old Lacey N. Carie of Vincennes was on a Lawrence County, Illinois warrant for failure to appear.
