WVUT-TV and WVUB radio will broadcast live the “Meet Your Legislators” program on March 19, 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The show will air from Vincennes University’s Davis Hall, Studio B, and feature legislators discussing issues in the recently concluded session of the Indiana General Assembly. The public is invited to attend.
Legislators invited to attend include Representatives Tom Washburne, District 64; Bruce Borders, District 45; Mike Braun, District 63; State Senators Mark Messmer, District 48, and Eric Bassler, District 39.
The event is co-sponsored by the Knox County Chamber of Commerce, League of Women Voters of Knox County, and Pace Community Action, Inc. Viewers can phone-in questions the day of the show to 812-888-5334 or email in advance to wvut@vinu.edu.
In addition to the live morning broadcasts, the program will be repeated on WVUT at 8:00 p.m. the same day.
