Vincennes police, VU Police and Indiana State Police worked together to arrest several people at a gathering at 715 North 6th in Vincennes at 1-am today. Police were responding a report of disorderly conduct, and drug and alcohol offenses. Over a dozen people were arrested. The charges vary from person to person but consist of mainly nuisance offenses, minor consuming and possession charges.
