Good Samaritan Hospital’s Beacon Project renovations are continuing with more and more units of the hospital opening up to the public. The new chapel in the health pavillion is complete and will be open to the community this week. Next up is the debut of the remodeled and relocated in patient rehabilitation unit that features 25 beds. It will be located in the columbian tower west. Other changes include the orthopedic center of excellence opening in the health pavillion. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. David Miller is joining the Good Samaritan Hospital team and will open his practice in the orthopedic center in August. Matt Schuckman, Vice President of Operations, states so far everything is on time and on budget.

Schuckman expects the project to be completed by the end of 2016.
