Vincennes Police arrested a male juvenile after he held up the Wal-Green’s Pharmacy shortly after 9 pm. Wednesday. Police say the youth was brandishing a baseball bat when he entered the store and threatened a cashier. Police Chief Dusty Luking says the teen fled with an unknown amount of cash. Police were dispatched to the scene and along with assistance from Vincennes University Police located the juvenile on the CSX railroad tracks behind the V-U Art Center. Luking says the youth surrendered without incident. He says officers recovered the store’s money that was stolen. Luking says the juvenile was booked into the Knox County Jail.
