Business 50 Westbound was closed for a short while Monday afternoon due to a single vehicle accident. Around 3pm, a young woman was traveling down the hill near Cosby Road when she hydroplaned and lost control of her vehicle. She went off the side of the road, the car flipped several times and landed on its top in the creek. The young woman was shaken up, but did not appear to be seriously injured. Local emergency personnel don’t believe her injuries are severe. More details to come…
