-At 3:10 this morning, Vincennes and state police investigated a theft in the 200 block of Niblack Boulevard. 24-year-old Kasey L. Sprinkle of Vincennes was arrested for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
-A Vincennes man was arrested at 11th and Wabash at 10 last night for three counts of theft. 45-year-old Donald Leehy was arrested by city and state police in the incident.
-Vincennes police conducted a welfare check at 11:40 last night in the 400 block of North 10th. While there, they arrested 25-year-old Ashley N. Blocher for possession of paraphernalia. The Department of Child Services was also involved in the investigation.
-A citizens dispute in Lafayette Circle at 11:45 last night led to the arrest of 33-year-old Michael A. Tripp of Hazelton. He was charged with public intoxication. Indiana State Police assisted Vincennes City Police in the arrest.
