-27-year-old Michael McGiillivary of Vincennes was charged with theft, and possession of marijuana last night. Vincennes Police report he was arrested at the Vincennes Wal Mart at 8:10-pm.
-At 12:20 this morning, an accident at 2nd and Niblack resulted in a drunk driving arrest. Steve Sprague was taken to the Knox County Jail on the charge.
-An investigation overnight in Washington led to the arrest of 39-year-old Julie A. Cathy of Wheatland. She’s charged with neglect of a dependent and possession of paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 at the Daviess County Security Center in Washington.
