INVIN a Business and Arts Innovation Initiative has received full support from the Urban Enterprise Association.

INVIN has been around for a year, and they own both the Pantheon and New Moon theater.

The UEA agreed to give INVIN $100,000 over the next 3 years.

INVIN Executive Director Ellen Harper says the money will be used to first focus on the New Moon.

She says they will use the money for general construction renovations so they can bring in a business that has shown interest.

Harper says they haven’t had any interest shown in the Pantheon yet but that it’s something they are continuing to work on.

She says although they have a pledge of $100,000 they need to raise $300,000 by the end of the year.

Next week they will be meeting with the RDC (Redevelopment Commission) to seek their approval on the project.
