Teresa Renee Wallbaum, age 51, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born February 22, 1964, in Madisonville, Kentucky, the daughter of Harold Ray Joines and Marilyn Sue (Schoonover) Watson. She married Terry Wallbaum on September 10, 1988, and he survives.
Teresa worked as a Pharmacy Tech at CVS. Prior to working at CVS, she worked as District Manager for Casey’s for eight years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Mt. Carmel.
Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family. She spent many years enjoying attending sporting events her daughters participated in, watching movies with her family, as well as making their traditional holiday candy and preparing for the holidays.
Teresa’s mother preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Wallbaum of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; her father, Harold and wife Teresa Joines of Coulterville, Illinois; three daughters, Jessalyn (Brandon) Quaid of Enid, Oklahoma, Teryn (Marcus) Perez of Bellevue, Nebraska, and Addasyn Wallbaum of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; two brothers, Jeff (Dee) Joines of Sumner, Illinois, Brian K. Watson of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; one sister, Tammie (Danny) Jebron of Coulterville, Illinois; three grandchildren, Carter Quaid, Cole Quaid, and Lybbi Moore.
Friends may celebrate her life with a time of gathering from 4:30-7:30 PM on Thursday at the Gathering Hall in St. Mary’s Church, West 5th Street, Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
Memorials may be made to Survivors Dinner for Relay for Life of Wabash County or Sara Cannon Research Institute (SCRI).
