W. Ernestine Willis, 71, of Vincennes, passed away at 2:00 pm Monday September 7, 2015 at the New Willow Manor.
She was born April 24, 1944 in Vincennes, to Phillip and Christina (Williams) Taylor.
Ernestine had worked at the Executive Inn, Custom Circuit Craft, and Hardees and enjoyed sewing and her cats.
Surviving are her children, Paul D. Willis Jr. and Angela S. Marsh, both of Vincennes; her grandchildren, Brett Marsh, Kairee Marsh, and Emma Marsh; her great grandchild, Emma Miley Marsh; and her sisters, Betty Miley and Shirley Black, both of Vincennes.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Paul D. Willis Sr., whom she married November 14, 1964 and died on September 7, 2014; and five brothers and sisters, John Taylor, James Taylor, Phyllis Dalton, Catherine Threlkeld, and Wilma Archer.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday October 9, 2015 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Pastor David Cogdill officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
