A Knox County Jury returned a verdict of guilty against an Indianapolis man charged with the robbery of the Huck’s Convenience Store on Washington Avenue last year.
19-year-old Dravon Griffin was convicted of attempted robbery while armed with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred on December 11th, 2014.
Vincennes City, VU and Indiana State Police worked quickly to apprehend Griffin and an accomplice within minutes of the crime.
The jury deliberated for about 90 minutes following a four day trial.
Knox Superior Court Judge Gara Lee set sentencing for October 26th at 2:30 pm.
