The 25h Annual Knox County Chili Cook-off will be held tomorrow in downtown Vincennes. The event is held in conjunction with Vincennes University’s Family and Alumni Weekend and the Vincennes Swim Team’s Sweet Tooth 5K/Bike Ride/Dual-A-Thon.
The morning kicks off at 8:30am with the Sweet Tooth 25-Mile Bike Ride. The Chili Cook-Off begins at 9:00am featuring two competition categories: the private judged and the public taster’s choice category.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners in both categories.
Chili tasting begins at 12:30pm and tasting cups will be for sale at $2.00/each.
Entertainment features V.U.’s Annual Tube Race on the Wabash River and live music by Judah and the Lion at 1:00pm on Patrick Henry Drive..
Winners of the chili cook-off competition will be announced at 3:00pm.
