Registration is underway for the 25th annual Knox County Chili Cook-off which takes place September 19th in Downtown Vincennes.
Shyla Beam with the Vincennes/Knox County Visitors and Tourism Bureau says the Chili Cook-Off begins at 9:00am.
The entry fee for the competition is $5. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners in both categories
Chili tasting begins at 12:30pm and tasting cups will be for sale at $2.00/each.
