Generations will be hosting an Active Aging Celebration on Monday, August 3rd at Vincennes University. The event is designed to promote active lifestyles for those ages 50+. The Active Aging Celebration will also serve as the kick-off for the inaugural Indiana Fit & 50+ Senior Regional Games this summer.
The celebration, which is free and open to the public, begins at 9:00 a.m. in the Vincennes University Student Recreation Center, and will feature several events.
Gubernatorial Candidate John Gregg will be the keynote speaker for this event. He will speak at 10:30 a.m. followed by the torch ceremony and Indiana Fit & 50+ Senior Regional Games kick-off.

The fee to participate in the games is $25. There are also site fees for bowling and golf.
